How it works

  1. 1Counselor starts a session and shares a secure link with the patient
  2. 2Patient opens the link and enables location sharing
  3. 3Counselor triggers SOS during a crisis
  4. 4Patient's location is sent and the nearest PSAPs (911 centers) are identified
  5. 5Counselor receives PSAP contacts and can initiate the dispatch
